Business/Loyalty Cards

We charge a small administration fee to organise printing in collaboration with Banana Print. We operate this service to cater to all of our customers' needs, and the option to use your own design is intended for customers who hold designs with us.

APPROVALS 

- Prior to producing the Products, we make an electronic proof of the Product available for your approval. You are responsible for approving these proofs. You accept that once you have approved the proof, the Products cannot be changed nor cancelled. We shall have no liability to you for any errors in the proof subsequently discovered by you. 

- Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. 

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY 

- Where delivery is delayed due to exceptional circumstances, we will complete the work as soon as we reasonably can. 

NON-DELIVERY 

- You must notify us within 30 days of any failure on our part to deliver the Products in order that we can investigate the failure and take appropriate action. 

- The earliest date we can claim against the Post Office for non-delivery is 15 working days from the date of despatch. We cannot process a reprint before this time. You should notify us by email if your goods have not arrived after 15 working days. 
 
QUANTITIES

- All reasonable endeavours will be made to deliver the correct quantity of Products ordered by you. 
- You acknowledge that variations in respect of quantities are inherent within the printing industry. 
- All overages may be kept by you at no additional cost. 

RISK AND TITLE 

- The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. 
- Ownership of the Products will pass to you on delivery. 

PRICE AND PAYMENT 

- Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation. 

OUR REPLACEMENT POLICY 

- If you believe that a Product is defective, we may ask you to return them to us for examination. The cost to return the product is at the customers cost however if we agree that the Products are defective and that we are at fault, we will reprint the products free of charge and may reimburse the charge incurred by the customer at our discretion. 

CLAIMS 

- Claims for damage, shortages or non delivery must be advised by phone or email within 30 days from the date that the Products were despatched. 
 

We only have Business Cards available to purchase on our website at certain times.

If getting a design from us, you will recieve a proof design for your business cards within 2-4 weeks from the day you placed your order.

When you buy prints and choose standard delivery, your order will be added to a single bulk order dispatched to us up to 4 weeks after the order date if we are designing for you, if you're using a pre-existing design. We do this to avoid large delivery costs from our suppliers and keep prices low for our customers. 

Alternatively, if you choose express delivery, your order will be processed with banana print as soon as the design is approved; or within 24 hours of the order being placed, if using a pre-existiing design. However the price for this will include Banana Print's full delivery fee for sending the item to you, plus an additional administration fee.
